Enrollment & the waitlist
Families can request a tour or share a hoped-for start date and their child’s age to join the waitlist. We follow up about current classroom availability; a waitlist request does not guarantee a space or start date. Enrollment is complete only after the center confirms a space and the family completes required arrangements.
Tuition & billing
Tuition is billed monthly in advance. Current monthly rates are $1,540 for infants, $1,380 for toddlers, and $1,190 for preschool. Part-time schedules are available; ask us about a schedule that fits. We can discuss sibling considerations directly with families. Rates may change, and the rate confirmed for your enrollment governs your account.
Hours, closures & holidays
The center is open Monday–Friday, 7:00am–6:00pm. We share planned closures with families in advance. The center is closed Monday, November 23 for a teacher planning day; additional holiday and staff-training closures are communicated to enrolled families.
Illness & medication
A temperature of 100.4°F or higher means a child needs to go home. Children should remain home until fever-free for 24 hours without fever-reducing medicine and well enough to participate. We will contact a family if symptoms arise during the day. Medication is given only with written authorization and the information needed for safe administration.
Safe sleep
Infants are placed on their backs to sleep in an individual, clear crib. We follow safe-sleep routines and keep loose items out of the sleep space. Families can talk with their infant teacher about sleep routines and approved sleep items.
Meals & allergies
Lunches are cooked on site, with seasonal ingredients and familiar foods. Please tell us about allergies, dietary restrictions, or feeding needs before your child begins and keep us updated. We will discuss an appropriate meal plan with your family.
Emergencies & weather closures
In an emergency, staff follow the center’s safety procedures and contact families using the details on file. Keep phone numbers current and follow any instructions from the center. For severe weather or other unexpected closures, we notify families as promptly as possible through our established family communication channels.
Daily communication & the Daily Note
Teachers share updates about children’s routines, meals, rest, and classroom moments. Families receive a Daily Note with a personal glimpse of the day. Notes and classroom photos are private and shared only with the child’s authorized family. Please contact your teacher when you have a question or something important to share.
Withdrawal
Families who plan to withdraw should provide 30 days’ written notice to the center. Please speak with the director if you have questions about timing, final attendance, or account details.
